How does our technology and method work?

After scoping and clarifying the project’s impact and/or revenue model, we map our clients’ project onto the technology, i.e., creating actors’ representations, actions, flows, as well as the input and output definitions. Then we certify (via a third party to avoid conflicts of interest) the client’s MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, Verification) solution (often IoT, Drone, Satellite, or Devices) to ensure that the product will be exactly what it claims to be and of the highest quality. We then connect the client system via an API to our secure capture (“minting”) system which produces the digital raw material, essentially an ESG commodity or asset. These are then wrapped in a digital envelope, complete with all metadata, images, certificates, ratings, as well as a legally enforceable issuance contract (under Swiss or Singapore law).

Once completed (takes only seconds after setup) the product can be listed and purchased or instantly transferred if there is an existing offtake agreement. Transfers take seconds to minutes and are spot trades. Clients self-custody their assets through our integrated solution or any other solution of their choice. By design, reporting is very easy, as each product always carries its own metadata with it, even after trading and transfers. Some products can pull dynamic data from the underlying project or infrastructure.

What products are supported and available?

Our approach is universal and project agnostic in principle. Examples include:

  • Voluntary Carbon

  • Regulated Carbon (2024) in several jurisdictions

  • Scope 3 emission benefits for insetting

  • Biodiversity

  • Composite (e.g., REDD+ and additional social benefits)

  • Energy and Fertilizers (Biofuels, SAF, Biochar, Food waste)

  • Infrastructures such as for Solar, Wind, Biogas, Waste-to-Energy

  • Circular economy, recycling, upcycling

  • Urban stack

  • Ecosystem Services (projects from small to national accounts level)

  • Social benefits, development aid, education, empowerment
